You can reset your password automatically by clicking on the I have forgotten my password button on the login page for the site you joined. If you still are having difficulty accessing your account, please submit a support ticket and we will be happy to reset your password for you.
The most likely cause if you did not share your account is that your account has been compromised. This is a common occurrence because hackers are always attacking membership sites to try to get free passwords, which our protection would detect. Although our system is very effective in preventing hackers, if you've ever used this same user/password on another site, you could be vulnerable to this type of attack.
We would strongly advise that you change all of your passwords, and continue to monitor access to all websites that you login to. Change your password periodically so that you can minimize your risk of exposure. Please submit a support ticket to remove the block on your account and initiate a password reset.
